It has now been two years since we migrated our support services to the Kayako platform, allowing for a more transparent and interactive support platform for our customers. We have now outgrown this platform and we are in the process of moving to a more future proof system that can grow with our client base. Your support history is being migrated so you can still view all of your own ticket history and submit requests, along with searching and viewing user guides. You will now be able to print all user guides from our support centre or email them in PDF format. We trust that we can continue to offer you a feature rich and seamless support service.
